Well, I told the salesperson about where the ant problem was on our atrium, and that our little pond had fish in it, and he said that though the ants were close to the fish pond, The Bug Master would use something that wouldn't harm the fish. However, the person doing the application apparently didn't get the message, as the fish were killed.

I like all aspects of the service. Love that Daniel has been our tech for the whole time we have used Bug Masters (since 2008) He also is the tech for our company business in Georgetown.

You're flexible about scheduling appointments, show up on time, are neat and thorough and have a policy that you'll come back between visits if I see bugs.
I like that our tech notifies us when he is on site. I like that Bugmaster can quickly schedule a retreat either the same day or day after I call them.

You didn't go to the correct address. Your final amount was more than the initial estimate. Your billing seems sloppy. Oh,, and I still have rats.

Brandon is always on time and extremely professional. The Inspector (Gary) that was sent to look at our attic for rats was suppose to call us back with a price quote. Never returned our call not even after we called a second time and complained about him.
