Professional & Clean
Jose is awesome. I trust him anywhere in our house, with our kids, dog, whoever. I don't say that about many service people who come over. He's quick but answers all questions and goes above and beyond to tell us steps to prevent pests. I can't speak highly enough of him.

Troy has always done a great job in protecting our house. We had a family of possums living in our side yard under a shed. We did not want them killed but wanted catch and release instead. He brout out a couple cages and set them on the yard. We caught one in each the first day! Troy released the possums and returned with the traps. We ended up with a couple more! The problem has now disappeared after putting rocks at their entry points. Thank you Troy for helping us through this problem!
I always get advance notice of service, the technicians are on time, and the technicians are professional, courteous, and pleasant.
We continue to have complaints about roaches in one particular unit despite extra treatments by BugMaster and our maintenance department.
