You schedule quarterly. I don't have to remember when it's time for the exterminating to be done. The technicians are prompt, and friendly.
On time, friendly, job well done, efficiency of setting up appointments and paying the bill.

the bug master team is very helpful and responsive. we are implementing LEED at our building and they have been very thorough in their prep work and documentation for our site. our tech Joe is always the best and we love having him at our building!

Since you've moved Jesse from covering my house, scheduling and the service has been awful.
The last two times you've visited have caused me to decide to stop my service with Bug Master.
Previous time - Scheduler told me Daniel would call me before he came. He didn't. My backyard gate was locked. He could only spray the front yard - no backyard and nothing inside the house. But Bug Master had no trouble charging me full freight.
Last time - I canceled by appointmenta and told the scheduler I would call to reschedule. One morning Daniel called to say he was on his way. I was in meetings. When I called him an hour later, he had already been to my house. Again, my backyard gate was locked. He sprayed the front yard - no backyard, nothing inside the house. When I told him how mad I was, he asked me to call the scheduler to schedule a follow-up.
I'm done. I haven't seen any evidence of bugs which shows me I really don't need quarterly service. And when I do, I am not confident enough in Bug Master's scheduling service to make Bug Master my first choice.
How do I stop the quarterly visits? I'm willing to change bank accounts if there isn't an easy way out.
