We don't have any problem with the monthly pest control service. My disappointment was due to the bid for the rodent and the actual rodent work done under Gary Brandt. Our discussions and the bid was for the shopping center and we paid the full amount. Upon discussion between our maintenance and Gary, Gary said the bid was for only a portion of the shopping center. That was not the case, We discussed the number of traps to contain the rodent for the whole building and never for only a portion of the building. I called Gary and brought it to his attention and he never seemed to care. The job was not done and we had to pay again for another Company to do the job. In view of that I cannot recommend Rodent service for anyone. because of my experience. Once again, we are happy with your monthly pest control service.
Regular scheduled visits, service personnel are flexible to accommodate last minutes changes, service personnel offer advice and tips on areas of concern and treatment plans.

infested the home with spiders and scorpions. Bug Master would come out anytime I called even if not normally scheduled and the bugs are under control.

Very personable and professional
We seem to have no pest problems. The pest control guy is courteous and polite, he also respects our property in the office. There is no loud odor or mess.
Bug Master is on time, or notifies me in advance that they will not make it and explain why. He talkes the children on site in concederation when he it treating the area.
