What I like about The Bug Master is that their treatment actually works. During this time of weather we are seeing all kinds of bugs but we can trust the Bug Master to get it done right. They don't just speed through the service. They actually take the time needed to make sure the customer gets taken care of. The staff is usually able to schedule appointments very promptly and they follow up when needed. The inspector is always very friendly and never keeps us waiting when expected. Overall, they are very well informative on treatments and the time it takes to solve the issue at hand. I am very pleased to have The Bug Master service.

Bug Master 's customer service is great. Rod Howard is very prompt when i need something looked at, he follows up quickly with proposals and is quick to get service scheduled. I have recommended Bug Master to numerous people and everyone is happy with the service they receive. I have met many different technicians on different projects and all of them have been very professional when they are on the different properties we manage.

Bug Master is a professional company who provides notices before coming out and will come out when called up on.
We are a Pre School and the representative is causes of when he arrives to treat our area due to the children. He has changed his schedule to return after the children have left for the day before treating the area.
