Excellent service! Very helpful staff. I have used this service a couple of times when I fly out of Miami. The location is minutes from the airport and the fee is reasonable. Everything is always ready after making your booking. The app is easy to use. I feel my car is kept in a safe environment. I am taken to the airport in a prompt manner and pickup is quick upon arrival. My car was parked in receiving area, ready for me to go as soon as I stepped into the building. No waiting! Would definitely use again!

I love how quickly the shuttle picks up when you arrive in parking and when you return at the airport. I don’t travel a lot but I have never had to wait in the 7 or 8 times that I have used The Parking Spot over the years.
