The 1 problem we have had being Premier members is the driver's never check if there are people to pick up. We have waited 15 minutes twice now, and both times we had to flag a driver down.

Transportation was right there to take us to the airport and to pick us up when we got back. With all the construction going on, they had a very professional process to get you in and out of the lot.
