Don't have to wait forever at the airport for pickup.
I have always loved using The Parking Spot. On my last trip it was very cold and I was looking forward to arriving to a warm car. Upon arrival to my vehicle there was a note saying problem with your payment. Please come inside. I had prepaid 2 weeks before and had my receipt. They quickly realized this was their mistake and apologized. It was just frustrating on a very cold night as we were with friends and told them how convenient and wonderful it was to just jump in your warm car.
When you park car the shuttle is waiting for you to take you to the airport.

The driver we had coming in from our delayed flight Wednesday around midnight was amazing. He had a full van of people and he took each one of us to our car as they normally do, however, he brushed off everybody’s car with all the snow and then loaded all of our luggage into our cars, he was amazing. I think his name was Jeff, but not positive. He was the best driver I’ve ever had.

Quick and easy
Have used the West location multiple times and usually arrive very early in the morning coming in from the north, having to cross multiple lanes to enter. Would be difficult in heavy traffic. This is the first time using the East location. Arrived at 4:30am with bad weather, poor visalibility and miss the entry and used the sidewalk to return. Need better signage for the entry. How about a Texas size sign. Both locations, your personal are excellent. I will continue to use The Parking Spot!

Quick and efficient process, and the staff who accepted the car upon arrival are so darned cheerful very early in the morning. The driver cheerful and helpful. The whole procedure of dropping off, being taken to the airport, and the arrival procedure: picked up from airport and picking up car was quick, efficient, and very reassuring and confidence inspiring. Good customer service
The parking and the shuttle service is excellent and with the new airport renovations, the wait for a shuttle seems to be shorter. When we returned from a trip, our car needed a jump start. The driver who tried to help us, unfortunately, did not know how to use the equipment so the fact that he was willing to try was great. Perhaps, if jump starting a car is something that the Parking Spot is willing to offer, all of the drivers could be trained in using the equipment. I DO have a hybrid automobile, so it is a little different but I was able to figure it out without too much difficulty and get my car started. Thanks for your consideration.
