Convenient shuttle service to/from the parking spot.

Employees generally friendly. i would say 75-80% of the time I have a fantastic experience. Every 4th or 5th trip, something goes sideways. Whether it is a long shuttle wait, o some kerfuffle at checkout. But I am generally happy and will continue to use the Parking Spot Charlotte!

We always park at your location (formerly US Airport Parking). We appreciate the convenience and the polite, professional staff we have dealt with. Always prompt picking us up from our car and getting us to the airport quickly.
Our most recent time, we did run into an issue. When we entered, we were told to park in section 9/10 (in the Covered area) and she would make sure a van would be there soon. We parked and a driver on the next row told us we parked in the wrong area, that we were supposed to park on the row that had the (lit up) arrow and he would be unable to come down our row, but we could walk over to him. We didn't mind walking over, even though it was through some snow, but were confused why we were told one thing as we entered and told different once we had parked. We explained to the driver what we were told. Again, not a huge deal but thought you should be aware.

I like that I can make a reservation and easily find my car when I get home. Buses run pretty frequently and prices are competitive/reasonable.
