Only criticism: Our return driver didn't know he was waiting for passengers at the wrong spot (so several of us stood in the cold for a good 10 minutes waiting for him to pull up. But it was New Year's Day evening, so I'm assuming it was not a regular driver.

I pick it up how they pick you up by your car. It was easy. I had signed up with another offsite location and was very unhappy that I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to pick me up especially since everyone that had gotten to the airport for pick up had been picked up already by everybody else, including Uber, I was the loan person standing there as I watched three Parking Spot vehicles go by. I switched immediately for my next flight.

I never have to wait very long to get picked up and it is a lot easier than taking the train and walking a 1/4 of a mile to find my car
