Friendly, help with luggage and prompt pick up
It was located fairly close to the airport and TPS provides the most visible shuttles. The app made it extremely easy to monitor the location of the shuttles and the drivers were super helpful.
I have used other “park and fly” type operators and always felt some level of disappointment which often pertained to the long waits for a shuttle to take me back to my car. The wait for the TPS shuttle appeared to be around 10 minutes but I could see where the shuttles were along their route within the airport. That was great! The drivers, even the female driver, helped putting my bags on the shuttle and taking it off. I used the valet option and it was the best experience I have ever had getting to and leaving LAX. I was encouraged to use TPS because of a Fall promotion that made my 12-day stay affordable. I hope to be able to take advantage of future TPS promotions if I need to fly from LAX.
Very convenient to get to without getting into the airport area. Shuttle bus is very quick to pick you up.
Reserving a parking space was so easy thru the app. Once we got to the Parking Spot we used the provided QR code to enter, got our space, caught the bus and were off to the airport. Once we got back to airport from our trip, we caught the bus , it took us right to our car and we used the QR code to leave. It couldn’t have been easier!
Convenient; close to airport; great shuttle service; employees are pleasant; easy check-in/check-out. The website, however, is difficult to navigate.
