Easy and convenient
I feel my vehicle is safe and secure while I am away. I never worry about my car being left for a week at a time. The fact that the shuttle drops me off and picks me up at my car is huge no one wants to lug their bags for half a mile from the shuttle stop after a long trip. Easy check in and check out wiht the app.

From the most part, I like the service. I still think it is overpriced and they pack you in like sardines. I am always concerned about fitting into the parking space. It is fine with you have a two-door spec, but when you drive a pickup truck it is difficult to fit.
Efficient and professional service in picking us up at our parked car and getting us to and from the airport. Also love that the car is under cover in case of inclement weather.
