From the beginning to the end, it was a great experience. I couldn't find how to get into the covered parking area, so a shuttle driver got out of his vehicle and helped me and my wife. He was a very nice guy!
The shuttle return was right on time, and we didn't have to wait long at all.

I like the app and the easy check in and check out using the QR code. I like the spotted buses as they are easy to distinguish from other services. I like the well trained and friendly, hard working drivers. I like the rewards points. I became a fan after using uncovered airport parking and suffering hail damage to my car. That one incident cost me more than what I spend on covered parking over several years.
Pick up and drop off at car. What was initially slightly difficult was finding the area. I was directed to HH. Stay along tree line and spaces are at an angle. Well, I passed HH because letters only seen from one angle...front. it would help if letters on back too. Otherwise a good option for airport parking.

they are dependable and very courteous. The guy that took me and my sister too and from the airport was the same guy and he helped us with getting our bags on and off. I always use Parking Spot South since my friend told me about them everytime I travel, they are truly a God send, so you won't have to tackle airport traffic.❤️
