I pre-ordered using the app, valet and detailing services. I don’t believe that I was charged for the detail service. I thought that I had prepaid for the detailing including a tip, but it appears as though I received the detailing service, but it was not charged. How friendly everyone was
I enjoy the comfort of knowing that I can park my car and get a shuttle ride to the proper departing location. Then upon return home, I can get a shuttle ride from the airport back to my vehicle. All this for a very small fee, which makes it easy to kindly tip the shuttle drivers for picking me up and dropping me off at the spot where my vehicle is parked. The Parking Spot is a great service and I'm a loyal customer.

Love having the van picking us up at our car immediately after we arrive to take us to the terminal. Drivers are always very pleasant and take pride in the service they are performing. Like having our car under a cover while we are gone. QR code to enter and to exit very sufficient.
Everyone was really great, super easy getting the bus after parking and only waited 7 minutes for the bus at the airport
