I have been customer since Econo Parking. The operation is smooth for the most part. The only one thing are the checking and check out with the machines. For cars it too far and high and it makes it hard to get the QR codes read from a printout let along the phone. Also, the printing of receipt the machine doesn't respond or even print out.

The shuttles are always readily available at the lot and the same holds true after I return and need it at the airport. I know there is a lot of construction going on at the Parking Spot west, so there are glitches to be worked out. Numbering the parking spaces should be top priority, as it has taken the drivers a lot more time to find the cars parked in the West lot.
