The Parking Spot 3 is our favorite place to park when we travel for work or pleasure. It's easy, the staff is friendly, and we get to the airport with no problems.
Your people are top notch: friendly, customer-service oriented, and hard workers.
My only concern is with the maintenance of your equipment. There's a couple of buses that sound like they have loose shocks (every bump in the road makes it sound like the shock is about to come through the floor). One of the buses has severely-torn "carpet" on the luggage rack. While the east gate is back up and running, it's down time screams for a total replacement of the automatic opening components.
