The shuttle service is very good. I suggest that you indicate the location, north or south, on the claim ticket. I missed the first shuttle due to confusion about the location where I parked and some travelers may be unaware that you have a second location.
So easy and convenient but terribly overpriced. Drivers are SO fast to pick you up, SO helpful and polite, and it is just an overall good experience. I would say its worth it to pay such a high price for the convenience, but considering the customer service is only 5% of the experience and the rest of the time my vehicle is just sitting there, Im not sure it is totally worth it. I will most likely use this service again with The Parking Spot, but will make sure it is only when the cost is lower.
