We were quickly picked up when first arrived. The driver loaded the bags. When we came back, we didn't have to wait long to be picked up and returned to our car. Again, the driver offered to unload our bags.

Usually prompt shuttles and easy parking. The spaces at the Hobby location are really tight though. I could barely get in and out of my car.
