Helpful staff, quick drop-off and short ride to departures. The return is even easier with the drop and go process.

While the drivers are a bit fast, they get you to and from the airport quick. The buses are.always clean as well. If you need baggage help, just ask the driver. Make sure you throw them a few dollars too!!

I always use The Parking Spot when I travel. The bus service is quick and the ability to reserve a spot is essential. I have used the premium service on my last two trips and have been happy with the service. I used several other parking options with other vendors in the past, but none have come close to the customer service of The Parking Spot.

The drivers are quick to pick you up, to help you get your luggage on/off the bus and are very courteous. The automated check-out could use a little attention on the touch screen sensitivity.

Great driver, great checkin

I like the convenience, plus the under cover parking. Your at my car before I get out, and at the gate in less then 10 minutes. Plus after a long flight home, I may have to wait, know more then 5 to 10 minutes and then I am at my car and on the way home. I was just told a good friend and he now is using the Parking Spot North.

You service is prompt, polite and professional. It's definitely my "go to" parking site when I go out of town.

I like the courtesy of the employees specifically shuttle drivers. They assisted with bags on and off the shuttle.

Also I made a mistake on my reservation and the Manager was able to change my departure date.

I like everything about your service. I can make a reservation online, app works great for check-in and checkout, the folks that drive your shuttle buses are wonderful, folks at the front gate and those that direct you to park are always helpful. Most importantly my car is safe and secure when I get back. I never worry once I drive through your front gate. You guys run a very good business. Oh, and I almost forgot, you have a loyalty plan where my free days keep accumulating.
