Very prompt, efficient and friendly.
Fast pickup and drop off service. My car battery was dead when we returned, a gentleman quickly came in the rain with a jump start device and got us up and running. Very helpful nice people.

South parking is great. Only complaint is that sometimes the shuttles arriving at the airport to pick up are already full.
West parking not so great. They are not good at directing you where to park they are not good at picking you up. I’ve parked numerous times and had issues every time.
The ease of access is always good. My only issues are on the construction. I actually set an appt this time and when I arrived, it said by appt only (which would have been frustrating had I not had one). I am glad that they are doing the construction to be safe, and they are doing their best, but it is a little tough driving the maze. Also, the water fridge was not on last time and this time they had a sign saying out of order. There was a case of water by the elevator, but no sign so I didn't want to steal it if it was the workers.
Overall, I still give a 10 because they are doing their best and I like the convenience.
