Quick, easy and friendly

I was a Colonial Parking customer for 15+ years and at first I was pretty disappointed with the change to The Parking Spot. But over the last several years I've seen better service, friendly and more professional staff and quicker pickups.

I would also like to recognize Melanie from The Parking Spot South who made every effort to contact me to let me know that I left my car running. Without her I would have came back to a dead battery and possibly no gas. Thank you Melanie for going above and beyond.

Always picked up in a timely matter and drivers are very helpful with luggage.

Easy booking and use of the app for all things Parking Spot. The entrance and parking directions are easy to follow. Friendly help and reminders from the shuttle bus drivers. Happy to see the tipping access in the app with the 2D driver identification code posted in the shuttle bus so cash is not needed.

Everyone very nice. Convenient to airport. I park, they pick me up at car and I’m at airport in 5- 10 minutes!!! Love it!!

It's simple and reliable.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
On arrival, they tell you which row to park in, then the van arrives by the time you start pulling out your luggage... When you return, there's a short wait for the pick up, then they drop you off by your vehicle. So much easier than searching for your car after being away a few days.

Everyone was really friendly. The service was convenient and quick. I didn't feel like I needed to budget extra time into my day just to use Parking Spot, which is critical on busy travel days.

Convenient location and rates are very reasonable. The service to and from the airport is very good. Using the app to track the location of the bus is another factor that is good.

I appreciate companies that employee people like Nate who realize the importance of customer service. In today's business environment this is unfortunately the exception and not the rule !

I can’t say enough good things about The Parking Spot Century, especially Daniel Sanchez, Assistant General Manager. His customer service is truly outstanding and sets the tone for the entire operation. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and runs a tight, well-organized facility.

Every time I park here, the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and that absolutely reflects great leadership. The shuttles are quick, the lot is clean and secure, and everything runs smoothly from drop-off to pick-up. On my most recent visit, Daniel took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and that we were taken care of — that kind of attention really stands out.

It’s rare these days to find someone in management who is this hands-on and customer-focused. Because of Daniel and his team, this will continue to be my go-to parking spot when flying out of LAX. Highly recommend this location and the people who run it.

As soon as we were picked up at our car the driver took off for the airport so he didn't sit around waiting to see if anyone else was arriving. Also, on the way home he picked up the people who were waiting and again, took off for the parking lot. People are usually in a hurry to get to the airport and on the way home, are tired and just want to get to their cars and go home.
