The parking are very spacious, and the entrance is very fast. The only bad side is that when we’re waiting at the airport on our way coming back we wait for like 20 minutes, but other than that everything was ok and we like the drivers as well, they were very kind

They provide a very convenient parking service. It was much easier than using the airport lots. The drop off and pick up drivers were very efficient.
We paid in advance for parking through the app when we left town for a week. Not only did we get a discount due to our length of stay but the process of scanning the QR CODE upon entering and exiting was the easiest thing EVER! Why in the world did I not do this years ago??

Parking Spot is punctual in picking travelers up to take them to the airport. The drivers are courteous and helpful with luggage. They are at the pickup point when you arrive and always help with the luggage. They’re very nice…and you can pick up a bottle of cold water on your way out.
The Premier Service is very useful and makes the whole issue of parking in DAL so much easiest
