It's fast and easy.

Appreciate the cover over the cars and the bus service. However, lately, especially at night, when it seems that a lot of people are deplaning, only one bus has been on schedule. This does create more waiting. Less people seem to be involved and it seems that there could be some plane schedule evaluation and car evaluation determining when more buses might be needed.

Everyone at the Parking Spot East was helpful in regards to managing my luggage. I walk with a cane and am very grateful for the help. In addition, the reserved parking QR code makes the whole parking process go smoothly and with nearly no effort on my part.

The Parking Spot makes traveling so much smoother! Shuttles are always timely and I've never had to wait long. The associates are all so helpful with luggage and pleasant - whether I've had the cash on hand to tip or not!

Very easy in and out! My only struggle was checking out. I was watching the screen and waiting as it was saying processing, but then noticed that there was a messsge very tiny on the key pad, so I had to start over as too much time had elapsed. Use one or the other for your messages.

I always use the Parking Spot to park at the Philadelphia Airport! Parking rates are competitive, and the service is great. Love the easy in and out just by scanning your code. Thanks for making this part of my travel easy!

The transport bus is always clean and I’ve never had a grumpy driver. Plus it’s a really nice touch that they load and unload your luggage for you.

Easy to find a parking spot. Shuttle was there quickly to pick us up on both ends of the trip.

The lot is easy for us to get in & out of, the bus to/from the airport is very convenient to get us and our luggage where we need to be.

I usually like your services but my entry was terrible.. the bus smelled like urine, the driver was not friendly or helpful totally unlike your usual drivers. We were in the parking lot for 15 minutes, the bus was half full luckily we were early due to light traffic but this was not good. The return was great we waited less than 5 minutes and it was the wee hours of the morning due to weather in EWR but the driver was nice and courteous like usual.
