I’ve always enjoyed your parking services, shuttles and locations for the last several trips. I’ve also been telling friends and neighbors about the convenience of your services. From the time I arrive, parking my car to return and being dropped off back at the my car. GREAT!!However,, this last return trip didn’t go as expected! Traveling is always a hassle and returning with an injury didn’t help. After baggage pickup, my family and I proceeded to door LN1 to catch the shuttle back to the Parking Spot to discover your shuttle doesn’t pick up at that location anymore!! Your drop-off driver did not inform me of the change nor give me the correct business card telling me different!! It wasn’t until I calling your dispatcher, is when I learned of the change and on-top-of-that,, your driver had given me an old business card too!!Now with luggage in hand and horrible knee, I’m hobbling to your new pick up location.
Suggestion , please remove all old business cards from your shuttles and have your drivers explain the new pick up location please!

I had a very good experience this time. The driver picked me up quickly after I arrived and was there at the waiting point when I returned to the airport. This quick pick-up was not what I had experienced routinely in the past.

Well-oiled machine. From the easy check in at the gate, to pickup and drop offs at your car/airport, all involved do a great job.

Honestly, the drivers always help me with my bags which I really appreciate - some of your competitors don’t do that.

The majority of the time the wait for a bus to (under 10 minutes) and from airport is under 15 minutes.
One comment - when arriving flight is after 10 pm the App indicates a call should be made to your site, however, only a message is given to use the App. If the locator App is always active then pop up on the App should be updated.
