Both locations are very convenient to the airport.

Fantastic airport transfer service! This is easily one of the best I've experienced in all my years of traveling. A huge part of that is due to your drivers, especially the woman who drove us early Saturday morning and the one on Sunday afternoon. They were absolutely stellar and so kind.

It was disappointing to see some of the other passengers acting disrespectfully toward the driver, which is why we made sure to leave an extra tip at drop-off. I truly hope people can learn to treat others with the respect they deserve.

So easy to book from the app. Shuttle to and from the airport directly to and from you parking spot. Gets rid of the stress finding someone to drop you off at the airport for early flights.

you email discount codes a lot. It is close to airport. good rates. on our most recent stay, due to flight delay we technically rolled a few hours into the next day (overnight) and to my surprise on exit the amount owed was not increased.

Drivers were friendly and helpful. The wait was not too long at LAX. I got a great spot to park by the elevator. Your prices are kind of high though.

Easy and simple

The reason we started using The Parking Spot occured when we had stayed at a nearby hotel because we ha an extremely early flight to catch and we could park at the hotel while we were away. Their transport to the airport was fine. But when we returned from our trip we waited an inordinate amount of time for our return pick-up to where our car was parked at the hotel. Bored, I started counting the pickup buses to decide which parking facility had the most vehicles picking up returning passengers. The Parking Spot won that contest hands down! Since then, we always make our reservations with The Parking Spot as they provide service we can count on.

It’s easy to use and has specials. As well as loyalty rewards.

Very great service when I pulled in I was told which row to proceed to and a bus followed me to my parking spot. They loaded up my bags and explained the pick up process. Returning back was very easy as well the bus driver help take the bags off of the bus. The checkout process was convenient they even offered cold water for the drive home. I would definitely be parking here again.
