Usually good services.
I use the Century Boulevard parking lot and it was extremely convenient to get to and from lax. The shuttles ran very frequently and the staff was courteous. No complaints. The only issue I had was to track where to locate the shuttle. The confirmation did not explain where to catch the shuttle.
Easy to reserve and pick up times are ok. Bus drivers are nice and helpful.

Easy to book, shuttle picks you up at your car as you park and drops you at the curb at the airport. Very little having to shlep your bags around. Quick pick up at the arrival curb on your return and then drops you back right at your car. I didn't need help, but I say the driver help several people load a bag in their car.
It just works. There's seldom a wait for shuttles, I get picked up and dropped off at my car.....it's just too easy!
