The reservation process was quick and easy. The price is nice compared toto on site airport parking. The shuttles were nearly immediately at my space to pick me up and we were at the terminal within fifteen minutes of my arrival.

Your drivers are always professional and always ready to grab your luggage and help you.

First time parking at this location and the facility was user friendly and I felt very secure leaving my vehicle while traveling. I needed to park for 11 days and I felt the price was reasonable compared to airport parking. The shuttle service picked us up right at our car and dropped us off right at the terminal for quick check in. When we returned the shuttle picked us up rear baggage claim and returned us directly to our car where the driver assisted us with the luggage. The drivers were prompt, friendly and polite. The app made if very easy to navigate through the entire process.

I almost always get fast & friendly service. My favorite drivers are Ray, Jimmy and Greg. Ray always says "Welcome home" when he picks me up and they all help load my luggage!

Best experience I’ve ever had parking for MSP airport! Found parking spot and was picked up quickly and delivered to airport efficiently!
Trip home was spectacular, van in airport lot when I got there and left immediately to parking lot, dropped off and on my way home. I used the prepay so saved money and lscanned phone on way out. I was out of the parking lot 15 minutes after leaving the plane!
I considered Uber but feel this was a much better, and cheaper alternative!

I appreciate the ease with which I can book my reservation. Also, there is always a person at the booth in case the QR Code does not scan well. The drivers are very, very pleasant and helpful. It is easy to call a ride from the airport and get back. I have not had the opportunity to arrive after midnight, so that may be a challenge if the plane is ever very delayed. Otherwise, it is convenient ot the airport, and everyone is very professional. Thank you.
