Parking was well-organized based on the tier of parking you chose. Shuttle buses were very timely, and minimized the amount taken from getting to the airport and leaving from it. The shuttle buses themselves were equipped with AC and the drivers were courteous and polite. I always knew where to expect the shuttle buses when we landed at the airport, which gave me one less headache. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for the quick trip, reliability and professionalism.

Easy entry and exit. Somewhat hard to find a spot but eventually found one. The shuttle service was just OK. Some drivers will help with your bags when others do not.

Reserve and pay easy on website. Check-in simply with bar code on phone. Directions to spot easy. Picked up at parking quickly. Delivered directly to SWA check-in counter. Also fast pickup on return. …. However the buses were poorly air conditioned. I found it difficult to find the exit. But thanks for the bottle of water.
