your services are good, your rates can be a little higher sometimes, BUT, the pavement under the front covered parking is covered with dirt and dust! you don't want to set your bags on the ground because they come up covered with dirt and dust. It is just going to get worse.
I love everything about your service! The price is reasonable, booking and paying is so easy, and I have confidence that my vehicle is safe and secure! I prefer The Parking Spot 1, as it has ALL covered spaces and that's really important, especially in the summer!!!
We like that you have added Handicap Parking to the available spots. We appreciate that the drivers always assist us to the max by removing our bags from the trunk and replacing them on return. This last trip involved snowing and the driver didn't hesitate to clean off our car. We. Always tell people how great this is.

easy to park and get out
I had a fantastic experience at The Parking Spot East in St. Louis! I opted for the covered parking, and it was the best decision I could have made—coming back to a snowstorm and having a clear car was such a relief. The shuttle service was incredibly efficient; they took us straight to the airport and were already waiting for us when we returned in the snow. The staff was friendly and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

Easy to reserve online, The fast service from the time I arrive to the time I board the bus is great, reasonable parking fees when they run specials & my car is usually already there or brought in quickly when I return.
Fair pricing, great loyalty program, and the shuttles are typically fast. Only complaint is the app and not having loyalty program automatically available at check out. Also, it's impossible to tip drivers using the QR code.
