Proximity, price (during longer trips in certain times), shuttle service, love how often shuttles come by airport (most times), drivers are friendly. Offer if water is a nice touch.

I parked at the Bradley location on1/24 in the morning. Temp had to be below zero with wind chill. Parking attendant for valet was writing claim tickets and helping with bags to the van and then drove it!. Outstanding service.
Only complaint was that I was told checking in inside I couldn't use some credits on my bill even though I had just started my week stay. Had to use them when making reservation. Not convenient in my opinion.

This time I was promptly picked up at my car to take me to the airport and there was a van waiting at the airport to bring me back to me car. I didn't have to stand out in the freezing cold waiting.

Came back after a trip to a sunny and warm clime...snow on the ground in St. Louis. Fortunately, I was able to park on an end spot and the shuttle driver was kind enough to load my suitcase in the front seat of my car. So appreciated!
