I always like parking with you - we returned after the announcement of the coming snowstorm of the year - our shuttle was on time and a welcome relief as were were in a race against time to travel 2 hrs back to our home - we got in our clean car, thanks to under- cover parking, and traveled back on the interstate before the snow storm actually started. Your driver was curteous and very willing to help with our luggage!

Fast pick up and drop off

I enjoy being able to have covered parking, being picked up quickly and being taken to my gate. It takes away some of the stress of traveling. Upon my return, I rarely have to wait long for the bus. I also feel much safer using Parking Spot than taking a taxi or Uber.

The Parking Spot is the best option. So efficient and the drivers are awesome!

Easy. Friendly. Convenient

My recent trip I used covered parking for the first time and it was a great experience. Both drivers were great and very helpful. The only 'complaint' I would have is that the snow removal was spotty. Not consistent.

I don't know if it was a coincidence, but we showed up at the parking lot and a shuttle was already there. In addition, the driver followed us, waited for us to park, then pick us up.
After returning from our trip, we went to the pick up location and there was a shuttle waiting.
The driver also gave me a card with my parking location which was very helpful. We also used the app and noticed that a shuttle was already at the airport.
And I appreciate the snowplow driver who came to our rescue with plowing our vehicle out of the snow.

It is quite easy to make an appointment on line, scan your way in and out. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for a helpful, courteous driver to pick me up from my vehicle and head to the airport. As a female who travels solo quite often for business, this is a safe, secure way for me to make travel easier.

Friendly and service oriented employees. Shuttle service is frequent, so you never have to wait very long. The deals you offer for parking are appreciated.

Covered garage, timely pick up

I love the Parking Spot! It's where I park anytime I fly. Loved my driver this time on the ride back he was alot of fun!

I like the covered parking and the pick up and drop off at the car. The driver was pleasant and carried all of our bags.

Simple and easy

Easy to make and manage reservations. Free parking days earned through loyalty program. Never have difficulty finding a spot, and the shuttle is usually ready before I am. Love that I can use the same company at BWI and PHL. Fair pricing, especially if you reserve in advance.

I returned to a car iced in- a nice attendant helped me shovel the ice and snow- I had a shovel in my car but needed something to get through the ice. He was helpful.
The only thing is it took an extra 1/2 hour to get out of my parking spot and I was charged for the extra day.
