It's so easy to book online and is conveniently located near LAX. The frequent shuttles mean that we don't have to leave too much earlier for our flights. And the scan in, scan out system worked seamlessly.

Service has been good this summer and appreciate the attention to getting shuttles on a consistent schedule. My only feedback is that recently the driver went to Terminal 2 when everyone on the shuttle was going to Terminal 1. When asked why he went there he said drivers were required to go there first. This can take extra time amd seems like you should have a dedicated shuttle pick up for T2.
