Great service at the car, shuttles are usually waiting when exiting airport, short wait times otherwise.

The Row signs are confusing because they are centered between two rows. It’s not clear if you turn before or after the sign. I usually overshoot. On most roads the sign for the cross street is placed before the intersection, not beyond it, or centered between two intersections.

First and foremost, the drivers are all amazing!! Friendly, helpful no matter what time of day or night! Also, the location is easily accessed from the expressways and so close to the airport. When traveling in and out of Hartsfield Jackson, I will NEVER park any place else!

We have been using The Parking Lot for many years because of the ease of online reservations and discount for prepaying And We greatly appreciate the prompt service of the transfer bus both to and from the airport. The driver is always friendly and helps get bags on and off the bus. It has gates to protect the vehicles while you’re away. And the water bottle offered at the exit gate is always a great touch and much needed addition after a long day of travel.
I’m writing this review specifically because of our most recent trip. In addition to all of the above, they exceeded our expectation. We had a flight cancellation due to snow so we had to extend our stay by three days. There was no issue doing so online through the app. When we got to the lot we expected to have to clean 8 inches of snow off the top of the Wrangler but because we used valet service, as we always do, the truck was waiting for us with the heat on, and they had cleaned every inch of snow off! We were beyond thrilled ! Highly recommend this location

I was honestly going to rate Park N Fly a 6 out of 10 due to the first two times we had used the service no one picked us up and we had to go down to the lobby in order to get on the bus. However, when I emailed about my complaints Park N Fly gave me 3 free days and then the two times after those 3 free days was incredible. Picked up at our car, dropped off well ahead of time, bus waiting for us at the airport. Therefore Park N Fly gets a 10 becuase the staff is incredible, they took accountability for the first two times, and they made up for it. They are also now super reliable and have been nothing but helpful. It's also close enough to the airport that the shuttle ride isn't terribly long, and they are super affordable.

The busses are frequent & generally the drivers are helpful with luggage. Last trip, Henry was the best. He was very helpful, carrying my luggage on & off the bus.

I love the valet the security of parking in valet I parked for years in the Self parking until two years ago, when my truck was stolen from the century lot and driven through the gate, they found it. It was a total loss. I now only valet park there.
