Easy reservation and check in/out was a breeze
The drivers are always friendly and helpful, but I do wish there was more than 2 shuttles running at any given time. If one is at the parking facility dropping off passengers, and 1 just left the airport, you know that it's going to be at at least a 20 minute wait for the next shuttle. This delay causes such a large crowd to accumulate waiting for the next shuttle that dropping off everyone takes quite a while.

It was so easy! You scan your code, park, the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your airline. Then when you come back, call (we flew in after 11:00pm) and they are there to pick you up. Drive you right to your car, scan your code on the way out and you're done!! The price was great also. We will use this over and over again to park for the airport!

We no sooner parked and a shuttle was there to pick us up. Rebel was our driver when we arrived and when we returned! Very courteous and helpful with our luggage. So easy to find shuttle and the few times we’ve used this service a shuttle was there when we arrived at pick up area. We found the experience to be super easy and convenient each time we used it and will continue to when we fly out of ATL, or elsewhere if ever needed. Well run service. Thank you.
