I was a little frustrating that the snow removal appeared to be nonexistent considering the snow fell 3 days prior to my visit. Do better!

Easy to register and everyone we have met has always been kind and curtiess.

This was my first experience with this location for the Parking Spot in Newark and the first time using the Valet service which was inexplicably less expensive than the normal service.

Dropping the car off was easy, the van was waiting for us nearby. While we were away, it snowed so it was a treat having a warmed up car and clean windshield waiting for us. While we did have to clean off the rest of the car, it went quickly because the defroster was already on.

I love using Parking Spot because I don't have to worry about finding a parking spot and connecting with the bus for the airport's long term parking. The drivers are helpful and friendly and I have no worries about my vehicle while I am on vacation.

Always a great experience with you folks. Attendants are super kind and friendly, every time we have stayed with you. This past stay, even with horrible weather and delays, everything went as smoothly as expected given the weather circumstances. Already have our next trip booked and parking with you all in Cle. Great job!
