It is always so easy to check in. I also love that they come and pick you up at your vehicle and return you the same way. After a long travel day, this is so nice.
The service was great. The shuttles were always available and everything went by quickly and easily. I would recommend that for self service. There should be a notification at the entrance to let customers know to wait at their car for shuttle pick up that aspect was not clear. Overall, the service was great and I would highly recommend

Excellent service. Secure parking areas. Quick pick up and drop off at our gate. Minimal wait for pick up after the trip and drop off directly at our vehicle. Highly recommend The Parking Spot. I’ve used them in Philadelphia and Newark.
Efficient pickup and close parking.
I like having the choice between valet and self-park. It's also very easy to find a spot and/or make a reservation. Pick up and drop off is quick and pleasant.
