Very fast , they pick you up right when you get out of your car. They seem to know where you are going to park. Well they do tell you where to park ip front. They have a free car wash. The whole lot is covered. They fill up the vans with customers.
We like how quickly the shuttle service picks us up from our vehicles and gets us to the airport. The prices are reasonable and the fenced facility adds an extra layer of safety for our vehicles. The drivers are always friendly and never hesitate to help with our bags

The shuttle is always waiting for us when we park our car. The staff are very friendly, eager to help with our bags, and always assist my husband and I getting on and off the bus. When returning to Buffalo Airport the shuttle is in the perfect place, easy to see from inside the airport, and easy and quick to walk to the shuttle
