I used The Parking Spot 1 on Will Clayton on September 23, and I was very pleased with the service. From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth and organized. The shuttle picked me up quickly, and the driver was friendly and helpful. When I returned, I didn’t have a long wait, and getting back to my car was easy.

I travel often, and good service goes a long way with me. This experience was stress-free, convenient, and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely use this location again the next time I fly out of IAH.

Convenient, prompt pick-up from the airport/BrightLine. Courteous and helpful drivers. Check out is a breeze.

The airport pickup when we landed in Philadelphia was extremely quick using the App. We couldn't have asked for better service! The only complaint was a longer wait time upon arrival to the lot for our departure flight, when all of the outside parking spots had cones in front of them (that us and several others had to get out to move) and then we waited at least 10 minutes in the lot for a shuttle.

Responsive, caring staff of drivers, kiosk workers, etc. Efficient and well organized.

Very easy and convenient. Very friendly and helpful. The Supervisor who pick us up was so helpful with our loads of luggage. We are elderly so it was much appreciated.
