Though prices can be a little steep sometimes, the Parking Spot has been my go to for years now. I am always assured that my car is on safe ground. The staff, both at the gate and the shuttle operators are always polite and helpful. And a free bottle of water is always a welcome touch.
Would like to see an incentive program for seniors if possible.

Convenient and cost- effective. Transit bus picked us up almost immediately after we parked in the lot. Upon return, had to wait a little while for bus to take us back to the lot (5 minutes). Bus dropped us right at our vehicle and waited until we were in. Always use the Parking Spot when we fly out of BWI.

About as easy as you can get and so close to the airport. They say the shuttles run nor more than 15 minutes apart, but my average time to wait is 0-5 minutes. Most of the time I pull up, they grab my bag and wait for me to check in. Yes, you can find cheaper places, but they are further away and the shuttles take longer.
Very convenient and amazing customer service
The shuttle was there about 10mins after I arrived. It was cool on bus, the driver was very helpful and helped me put bags in my car. Very good.
