Guest Testimonials

Fred G was friendly. Appreciated his attitude. Safe drivers.

Easy to book reservations

Nice discounts

Fast pickups at facility and airport

Competitive price. Excellent friendly service. The free car wash and free water puts it over the top (because every other company gives reliable, friendly service too).

When I use the Spot, I have no apprehension that I'm going to have to wait a long time to catch a shuttle.

Easy to get to and takes me right to my terminal.

location and premium upgrades

on premium parking maybe have a printable "pass" to leave on windshield for parking duration?

Convenient and friendly employees

Driver was exceptional (I forgot his name, but very nice and went above and beyond). The time before that, we had a horrible driver so I was glad to see a different person, who actually liked their job, this time.

I appreciate that Daniel Sanchez, the Assistant Manager, reached out to me to ask how he could make us more satisfied with the service. To compensate he provided us with two free days of parking.

A company who wants to maintain customers has my patronage.

Love it,good drivers,,good service ❤️

I love your convenient location and friendly drivers. The at car pick-up and drop off is so convenient.

It’s just a clean, been there doing that operation. The drivers I had were very attentive and seemed to care about speed and efficiency. Overall, I couldn’t be happier.

Shuttle service is good

So convenient. Now that I have learned where to exit for the West facility, even in the dark, it is well situated. Drivers are great! Very friendly and courteous. Prices are decent. Usually pickup from the airport is quick, but can be busy at times. This past Tuesday, the van was waiting and I made it home in record time.

Quick and easy

Easy in. Lost my care key in Tokyo and my grandson brought me a key to the airport (dia)
one of your staff, a very very nice lady let us in to get to my car with no hassle.
Appreciate the kindness after a long day

Easy to use. Shuttles are there quickly and very little wait time at the terminal curb. Love the covered parking.

Cost effective and pickup service quite efficient.

I don't travel very often, but when I do I utilize Haynes parking spot. It's convenient, very close to airport, and if you book early the prices are great.
