About everything. I feel that myself and my car are in a secure facility. The shuttle is very prompt for pickup up at my parking spot and at the airport. The drivers are very courteous and they are very patient. The staff at the window are slsi very patient and helpful as I always go to the window.
Both dropoff and pickup drivers were very friendly, carried our luggage without asking, and the service was quick. Well worth the price. This was my first time using parking spot and I will definitely be using this service again.
Parking was easy to find. The bus picked up up almost instantly. Coming back home, the driver picked us up within 5 minutes, and was super friendly!
