I never have to wait. Once I park my car at the shuttles there to get me and once I get my luggage from baggage claim they’re always waiting for me outside.

Always a place to park that we can find rather quickly. Very friendly and helpful drivers. App keeps improving. Only issue is that sometimes the vans at airport fill up very quickly and there is not enough room for everyone. Not sure how your tracking system works for arriving passengers and I know this could be difficult to anticipate, but it is not fun to left at the curb to wait for the next van, which may still be at the parking lot.

Ray, the Assistant Manager, called me to discuss my unpleasant experience using the Groupon parking voucher I had purchased in September. Ray was dedicated to finding a solution and showed a great deal of understanding. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, Ray was dedicated to keeping a future client.
