Friendly prompt service. Was easy to pay in advance and use QR code to enter/exit premise once payment was made. IMPROVEMENT NEEDED - please make more clear which bus to get on when departing the ATL airport to return to the parking site. Between 'Park n Fly' and 'Park n Fly PLUS', it wasn't clear. We had all 5 pieces of luggage on the bus before the bus driver notified us (and other passengers) that we were on the wrong bus. We had to quickly grab all of our luggage and children to disembark and reload the correct bus. Even if the bus driver had made a comment to the group BEFORE loading, would have avoided much frustration.

Reservation process is easy. Parking is always available. Site is clean and safe. Shuttle drivers are helpful and attentive to all our needs getting to and from the terminals.

I had a great experience with their prices and service. I used the premium covered parking spot, which was helpful in protecting my car from the recent storms. The airport transportation was ready and waiting for me before I even parked, and on my return trip, I only had to wait five minutes or less at 6 a.m.

Using the Parking Spot is so convenient. I love that I'm able to make a reservation and enter the lot with the QR code on my phone. I also love that a shuttle is ready the second I pull into the lot to take me to the airport. Always incredible service from the drivers too!
