Simplified parking and shuttle service to EWR!!! The service is friendly and very efficient!
Generally, the vans are at your back bumper before you finish unloading the luggage from your trunk.
However, my last two trips, the vans were a long 30+ minute wait at the airport.

Car was ready and waiting after a long flight. Bags were loaded for us and shuttle available with no wait.

My only suggestion for improvement is to add signs at the street to show which driveway to enter for lot parking and ramp parking. It isn't clear where to go for each service.
Fast and frequent shuttles. Parking is always easy. Easy to get in and out with scanner code from my app. LOVE THAT THERE IS AN APP! So easy to book and pay.
