They have someone there to help check in. Shuttle was there quickly going to the airport and getting picked up at midnight. When we checked out the employee asked if we would like some water and gave us water for everyone with me. Great customer service.

Easy in and easy out of the garage - plus plenty of shuttles. It is a bit pricey, but if you value speed and convenience, it's worth it. From that perspective, the only thing that would be better would be to park at the airport itself.

Ease of parking. It's crowded there, no doubt. The employees are on top of it telling you what section to park in. The shuttle was right there. Friendly, courteous staff. We wish we had used y'all sooner than the other services we've tried in the past.
