What a great experience from arrival to departure! The parking was easy, and the shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. The chilled water bottles on the way out were a lovely touch.

We have used the parking spot many times now and continue to be pleased. Shuttles run frequently, drivers are safe, helpful and courteous. On our last trip I left my reusable water bottle in the shuttle on the way to DIA airport. I called and asked them to save it for me. A week later we returned and the water bottle was there waiting for me in the office. Truly appreciate the staff and drivers.

The young lady working the entry gate was charming and very helpful. Both the trip to and from the airport were quick. I liked the prepay option.

Efficiency, is the one word I would use to describe the service at Parking Spot. Buses and always ready for pickup and the drivers always help with the baggage.

I actually had to stay parked an extra day over my reservation and was worried about the extra fees and it was nothing but an extra $10. The shuttle drivers are very friendly. Enjoyed the service.

I had not parked there in a while because I was coming in from the east side (but at another TPS location.
Now coming in from the west side, glad to be back. Convenient, lot of covered spots.

Premium services when reserved entitles you to first pickups and drop offs. The cold water when you check out is always great especially during the hot humid days in Houston. The ability to tip your driver in the app is also a big plus!

I love the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at my car.
The shuttle tracker is very helpful when the driver actually stops and doesnt just drive by (has only happened once)

Very impressed with the staff, from the person working at 5AM who helped direct us where to park, to the driver who usually worked uncovered only lot (South?) who jumped in to help with pick ups on a busy airport night. Really appreciate the university discount and covered parking. We won't park anywhere else at DIA
