The drivers are courteous and make sure you get safely in your car when it is very late. However the bus service for the late hours is very slow.

The gentleman that picked us up from the airport (CMH) not only loaded and unloaded our luggage - 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on luggage, but he also put every piece in our car. We very much appreciated him doing all of this because we were in the air about 9 hours thus extremely tired
