Very convenient parking for Newark! Courteous staff made it very easy. Upon return, I opened the app and noticed a van was on its way to pick us up. Once back a The Parking Spot, our car was pulled up and ready to go!

I like that the parking area feels secure and is an easy location to get to away from the airport with Transportation to and from Midway. I also like the covered parking area, I just wish some spots were bigger to accommodate a full size truck.
Very easy to use. Shuttle drivers are always helpful and courteous. After having a trip delay due to airline snags, it was easy to go online to extend our reservation. Check in and check out with a QR code goes very quickly.

Very easy in and out. However, prices have gone up a lot and if we're gone a long time, we find taking an UBER is much cheaper.
They help with luggage and drop you off at the curb. We never worry about the car.

I liked the ease and clarity of the entire experience. Explanation of how the QR code was to be used was very good. I especially liked the ability to enlarge the QR Code to make it easier to scan. We appreciated the help from the attendant when we arrived to get us through the gates and to the attendant at the exit when we checked out to help us with that part of the experience.
It also was amazing how quickly and easily we were able to notify you when we had our bags and were ready to be picked up.

You are a little pricier than other long term off site parking, but the reservations are easy, the area is nice, the pick ups are prompt, and the service is outstanding.
