I liked that the shuttle was at my car to pick me up immediately, no waiting. Also when I arrived late on my return at 1:30am the shuttle was at the designated spot within 3 minutes. Also it only takes a few minutes for the shuttle to get you from the parking lot to the airport and visa versa.

Immediate pick up at my vehicle with driver lifting up my bags. Upon return, my pick up shuttle was within 3 minutes of my arrival at the curb. Driver handled my bags & directed me to where I needed to check out.

Easy covered parking, bus comes to my car, helps with bags and delivers me to the airport. When I come back, bus picks me up, helps with bags , drops me right at my ticket and away I go!! Can’t be much simpler
The ease of getting into the parking spot, the pick up is quick, I usually don’t have to wait to be picked up for very long when returning, and I love the cold water when you leave. Unfortunately this last time, our lane had an empty non-operable refrigerator so we didn’t get blue water.
