These guys do a fantastic job. I’ve parked at many differentParking Spot facilities and the Nashville facility does an amazing job. Drive up hand them your keys and you are on your way to the airport and the total time to airport is about five minutes. Upon return you go to the pick up spot at the airport five minutes later they have your car ready their facility. If done correctly you don’t even have to go in to pay. Your receipt is already in your car.

Just a note for your reference: I could not get the Parking spot app to extend my stay. I could use my laptop, but not the app. The app did not match the instructions on your phone message. You may want to check into that.

It was very easy to enter the lot and find a close parking spot to the shuttle pick up. I would use The Parking Spot again when I am in Philadelphia and need to park my car for a few days and would recommend it to friends and family.

I like everything about the parking spot. I like the convenience of parking and being picked up by a small shuttle bus. I like the fact that the driver helps you with your bags on and off the shuttle bus and provides you with a card showing where your vehicle is located when you return.

Easy to order online. The Q box was hard for myself. Those of us that are not tech-minded this is a challenge. Pickup was east when buy early and charge. Easy shuttle service.
