Shuttle drivers’ help
It is convenience i like the fact that drivers are able to pick you up and drop you off.
The driver was the same one taking me to the airport as bringing me back and he was excellent and awesome!! His name is Brian but I don’t know last name. He helped me with my luggage every time and because I have a hearing problem, with hearing aids, he was kind and respectful, repeated instructions as needed, and didn’t make me feel like an old lady. All the past drivers have been good, but Brian was exceptional!
Easy process, friendly & helpful service. I’ve been using The Parking Spot for probably 7 years at this point. I never even consider another option!
Fast to pick me up, helped unload bags. Friendly service.
The convenience of parking there then picking you up out of your car and dropping you back off at the same
Parking Spot normally offers quick and reliable service with a friendly staff.

Great folks. Easy to so business with and the location is well maintained.
Quick and the driver’s hustle!
Super friendly staff and prices
Frequent shuttles were a plus! I had to park a day early because of an impending storm and didn’t have time to change my reservation, so I was charged twice since I had prepaid. One quick phone call, though, and the second charge was refunded with no hassle. If it’s hassle-free, it’s for me!
