Lucas the driver coming home was phenomenal and what I remember about the many times using the parking spot. The person who brought me to the airport was another story. I was terrified of his driving, he was rude, and he was not pleasant to interact with. Thus he received no tip and I usually tip well.
The shuttle service was so quick and I felt better knowing my car was safe while I was gone. The driver on my return, JP, was so very helpful with my heavy suitcase on such a late, cold evening.
So glad I decided to park at The Parking Spot. Many thanks.

Been using your facility when it was PCA back in late 90's. I like the fact it is totally, not partially, covered parking spaces. I like the electronic check-in and check-out. I like the ability to book on-line. Overall, I like all the services you offer.
