The service of the guy at the front and the driver couldn’t be better. It’s always is great. That’s the main reason I park there. One time, I had to wait over an hour to get a shuttle after getting out of the airport. That sucked. But I understand things happen. Customer service is top notch!!

I like the price and the not worrying about trying to find a place to park. I had a late arriving flight...I waited well over 30 min to get on a shuttle. The card I was given said after certain hours call for pick up. I called and they told me I had to walk to the other terminal. Which is then where I waited 30 minutes. When I went to check out I had to pay for another day...which didn't seem fair since your company didn't have the ability to get me to my car on time. I will still use you but this seemed unfair for those traveling on late flights

We really liked how easy it was to get to the airport from your parking and how easy it was when we can home.

I wanted to get a cost for a months parking in February to March but couldn't get it to work without reserving. Just wanted a cost for now.

With the exception of one trip, we have had very good service at the Parking Spot in Orlando. All the drivers are helpful and courteous.

Our one questionable experience was a while ago. I should have written down the driver's name, but I didn't. He probably doesn't work there anymore. Driving carelessly with only a few fingers on the wheel and not wearing a seat belt. It was a little scary. Oh, he wasn't helpful as well.

Our latest driver was a very nice, helpful lady.

Convenient and affordable

Door to door pick up. But what I don’t like now is the premium Parking is supposed to be picked up last and leave through the main entrance. The drivers now drive all the way to the back through Park and jet old lot and on the way out they stop and pick up other people. Why am I paying for a premium service that I am not receiving?
