The service level and price match. What really made me happy was that on my last visit, the parking spot 2 had an epic failure. There weren't enough buses to handle the number of people trying to get back to the lot from the airport. There were four buses parked at the lot not being used so I suspect a staffing failure. One of us In our group of four waited for a shuttle in a long line and made it to the parking lot to get our car and then drove back to get the rest of our group resulting in a 2-hour delay. I contacted customer service and the person who responded to my feedback was apologetic and made a gesture that let me know. They really cared about what we went through. That will keep me coming back.

It's easy to make reservations, having the shuttle pick up and drop off right at one's car is handy, the drivers are all really nice, and helpful, and earning free parking is an added bonus.

The facility is competitively priced and close to the airport. The bus ride back is rough. Bumpy. Loud. The flexible windows cause concussion with every bump. After a long international flight, the bus ride to the parking lot can make my stomach turn. I want that ride to be as short as possible.

Convenient and friendly staff

I have regularly park with you (5-6 yr) and have never had an issue. However, after my most recent trip I found my vehicle damaged by some careless person who hit my car and didn't leave a note.
I know it would be an investment to put in cameras on all the rows and although it won't eliminate theft or people hitting cars, I would imagine that it would minimize things.
It sure would be great to be able to pull video footage and see who did the damage and hold them accountable. I'm sure I'm not the only one, I hope this helps persuade the powers that be to install some cameras. Thank you.
