I paid for Premium uncovered parking. There was nothing different about this "upgraded" service except the gate for the Premium lot almost came down completely on the hood of my car!!! Please help me understand the daily upcharge for parking in the Premium lot. Thank you.

We had an awesome and informative driver Dagnia on our return trip. They were super energetic and explained about some of the benefits that The Parking Spot has for customers. We've been using The Parking Spot for a while and had not heard of the benefit of the car wash voucher. It was super cool of her to explain it to the passengers and that it's a perk of using the The Parking Spot Service.
It's the cool drivers, perks, location and prices that keep us coming back.

Quick pick up to and from airport

Easy to book online and price was cheaper than anyone else. Having the shuttle pickup at the parking place is a great plus as well as quick pickup at the airport.
