The parking lot is conveniently located to the airport (ATL) and easy to find. The shuttles run frequently and are comfortable. On our return, we didn’t wait long for a shuttle to show up for our return trip to the parking lot. The pricing for the parking is quite reasonable. The only issue we found is that the driver did not assist us in putting the bags onto the shuttle. He stood on the bus and left us to lift the bags onto the bus. It would have been helpful if he got off the bus and assisted us. This has occurred on more than one occasion. Other than that, the service was fine. We would use the service again.

Pickup at the airport was just a hassle also. This is an airport issue. Not enough space to wait for the shuttle and for people work walk by
I like Sal & Kirk best. Friendly, couteous, efficient, generous in their service tells all. Also nice is the covered parking.
Close to airports—easy to drive in and park— shuttle comes within minutes and picks you up- upon return to airport they come to a designated location to pick you back up- with the app you can see the shuttle coming
