Convenient, neat, and clean
Easy in, Easy out
From start to finish- superlative. A friendly woman greeted me upon entry, taking my code and scanning it for me. She told me a specific place to park and a van was waiting for me. I was given a card with the parking area written on it. Returning from my trip, there was a van parked curbside to whisk me to my car. The driver's name is Moussa, a kind man who helped a lady from her wheelchair onto the bus. I highly recommend your employees, service and convenience.

All the good: Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was quick and there was a shuttle along within a few minutes. The advance reservation price was very good. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. I actually felt like wanting to tip them for great service cuz they were working really hard.
The not so good: Had to wait for about 25 minutes for the first shuttle to arrive but I didn't get on that one. Had to wait another 15 minutes for the next one. All the other shuttle services seemed to be jammed up as well. It was REALLY busy in the terminal. I guess when it's really busy, there's lines. You don't have to like em though.

Let my hat on bus but noone seemed to find it. I called immediately getting off so don't see how it was not sent to lost and found. I would still recommend this service.

Convenient. Driver was polite and punctual.
So easy to use, from the reservation process, to parking with shuttle driver right with me. The other great thing is the app on my phone when arrive back to the airport I can track the arrival of the shuttle. Once we arrive back at Park N’ Fly we were delivered right to my car.
In one simple word -WOW. Terrific service and far lass expensive than parking at hotel parking.
