I like how the shuttle bus is there to pick you up by your car and take you back to it when you return. Also, the free water on the way out to quench your thirst from the plane ride.

Easy in and easy out. I don't fly very often, but when I do, it is much less stressful to us The Parking Spot. I even had my SUV washed while I was on my trip and they did a great job.

Every single employee of Park & Fly/Parking Spot whom I interacted with was amazingly friendly. Starting with the man who met me at the gate to covered parking ramp. His smiles were genuinely smiley, as if he was having a good morning. There was a van driver ready to leave the ramp while I waited to be picked up, and he paused to tell me my driver was coming. On my return to the ramp after my travels, the man at cashier booth was exactly the same--so friendly and geniunely nice. He offered a bottle of water--I was grateful to accept. It's your employees who earned my high score!

We didn't have to wait for the van to take us to or from the airport. They were there right away to pick us up. The checking in and out process is very easy too.
