I like the affordable rates and timely shuttles between the parking lot and the airport.
I like the opportunity to reserve in advance. I like that I receive a reminder email the day before I am to arrive.
MOST of the drivers are polite and helpful. I want a driver to get off the bus to help me with my bag both when I arrive and when I return.

Recently I arrived very late (early morning) at the airport and in a fog I left my work computer bag in the shuttle. I called the number on my reservation immediately and the dispatcher contacted Jessi (the driver) and he turned around and came right back so I could get my bag. Very thankful for this type of customer service. it is hard to find now a days.
