Parking spot 3 is very close to either terminal and run quite regularly. The wait is minimal. Most drivers are friendly and help with your luggage on and off the shuttle (only had one so far that didn’t move out of driver seat) and we fly often

Love this parking spot. Easy access and it is kept clean. Drivers always helpful and cordial.
Wait time from the airport back to the parking is usually less than 15 minutes.

We did have a problem when we arrived only to find out there were NO parking spots in the area covered parking and we surveyed the isles numerous times and decided to check after checking with your representative of Parking Spot who authorized us to park in premium so we parked in premium and found one and took it. The pick information was relayed to dispatch and the vehicle picked us up and we made our flight on time. Upon return we had to wait about 30 min understanding there could be a delay because of construction and distance.

Excellent, prompt service!!!! The shuttle is always there for pickup immediately and the return shuttle is easy to track with the app so I know when to expect pickup at the terminal.

Conscience and price

Easy to park, the people are helpful, and the service is reliable. The shuttle vans have serious undercarriage issues because the shuttles bounce around like a Six Flags ride. Something to look at.

Easy to book. Adequate space to park and remove luggages. THe pickup spot at IAH was labeled so easy to find. I just missed a shuttle but only waited abut 10 minutes

The drivers are always very helpful. I can depend on them to get me to my flight in a timely manner. My interactions with the staff at the entrance is also pleasant. They were able to assist me in scanning my pass as I have an injury causing a problem with my left arm reaching out. They were friendly and helpful and alerted the bus driver that I was on my way in.

I like that I am picked up at my car and the driver is always willing to help load my bag on the van.

On time service and pricing

Promptness. Good periodic sale prices. All staff are wonderful with exceptional customer service. The parking space numbers need painted as difficult to read. Parking spaces are tight making it easy for the vehicle to get dented and hard to get luggage out if not in the trunk.

Using Parking Spot was seamless. Scheduling was easy to do online. Parking spaces were pointed out when I arrived to checkin and the Shuttle pickup at the lot was instantaneous. Pickup at the airport, when I arrived home, went very well because the shuttle came by as soon as I arrived at the curb. I would definitely book again.
