it’s quite easy to go through all the steps. From guiding the way to the parking spot location, entering the parking place, taking the bus to the airport, after returning to usa and find the place to wait for the bus, taking the bus back to the parking spot location, and finally went out to go home.

Convenience and promptness
On my last two stays, I did not have to wait very long for a pick up at the St. Louis terminal. Previously this was always an issue.
I like the convenience of having my car available when I arrive back at a late hour. I also like the way I can easily get discounts because we park fairly often. (Every few months)

Pick up and drop off right at car. Driver puts luggage on/off bus for me (I’m 75.). Good sale prices.
I like the location close to the airport, the shuttle with polite staff and the discounts that are occasionally offered to me.

100% ALWAYS will use The Parking Spot when traveling! Priority pick up & drop off was great. My car battery was dead ( Turn off the vanity lights !) and they even had a battery jumper and everything. 10 stars!
