The customer service at the Parking Spot is superb and had a wonderful experience with David the manager. The drivers are all very nice and help with luggage. I’ll be using the parking spot century again for my next trip out of LAX. I also hear they’ll be replacing some of their vehicles soon so that is good to know.
we drove into the uncovered parking lot (after using our prepaid QR code to get in) and then the bus followed us to our car! It was so nice just to be able to get on the shuttle right there without having to lug our stuff to the main office. It was such an easy experience from start to finish!

I love The Parking Spot. The only thing is most of the shuttles air conditioners need fixing. It’s way to hot for no air conditioning

It’s a great place to park! Sometimes you have to wait a little bit longer though at the airport. Maybe more shuttle buses would be a good idea.

The entire process was fast and very convenient, from checking in to checking out. The drivers were very nice as well I only remember the driver that picked us up from the airport (Alejandro) and he was nice and helpful with our luggage.
