The convenience of the lot and the quick pick and drop off response. The very polite and courteous drivers. I have been parking and this lot for many years and was surprised to see the name change but same great service. I will say the direction for pick up was clear; however, it directs you to "D" area and that is not the location where the drivers stop...so just look for your very noticeable bus for pick up.

My driver was extremely friendly, kind and patient as people loaded the shuttle.
Everything! So easy to book, update and change our reservations. The shuttle is always there within 5 minutes (really nice when running late or returning from a long journey). The drivers are very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the fact that I can leave early mornings or arrive home late at night, I have never felt unsafe walking through the parking lot. Of course I love earning FREE days as well.
I like that we pull in and park and by the time our luggage is unloaded, the bus is waiting for us.
