It's pretty well organized, the wait times are short and the drivers very polite, professional and personable.My biggest issue was in checking out at the gate, the card reader and touch screen were acting up a bit.
I like that you have buses that drops you off at the airport and that you also have the buses pick you up on the return trip. Very convenient...

Easy to secure parking. Super easy and quick shuttle both ways. Polite agents. GPS upon return was great. Car upon return was set up and ready to go.

Suggestion: It would be helpful if there was Parking Spot signage near the carousels providing directions to the best exit for the Parking Spot pickup.

You can’t beat the prices!
I like the door-to-door service. The drivers are friendly and willing to help load luggage into your car. I have never had to wait long once arriving at the parking lot, but continue to experience issues in getting buses to stop when waiting outdoors upon return. Is there a way you can add a FULL sign to the front of the buses to let passengers know we are not just being passed by, but we are being passed by because the bus is full? This happens mostly during rush hour upon return.
