There is usually a bus to pick me up in the lot right away. Don't usually have to wait long at the terminal either. The buses are raggedy though which is a negative.

love the ability to make a reservation. Great drivers who really help out with luggage and safety (they make sure my car starts before they drive off when I am traveling alone.) Quick trips to the terminal really take the stress away from traveling.
