Availability, timeliness of drivers, comfortable ride
My only complaint is minor. The last two times we have used the West Parking lot, the car location was poorly annotated (early in the morning in the dark), making the driver of the return vehicle go round the lot a few times. More of a waste of your recources than of our time.
Otherwise we have always used this parking lot (even when it was USAParking) since we were always happy with the prompt delivery to the terminal.
Drivers are friendly, helpful, and efficient. You rarely, if ever, wait for a ride. Rides are safe, vehicles are in nice shape, and I would not even consider parking elsewhere.

I like the website to reserve my desired parking area; vans are generally timely picking up at the car and at the terminal. I always appreciate the bottle of water at checkout!

I love the reservation process and how easy it is for me to get into the parking lot, park, and get a shuttle rise to the airport without delay.
Easy to check in using the mobile app. The shuttle driver pulled up immediately upon my arrival and explained where we needed to go for check-in at the airport. They were very nice and courteous and quick to get it back to our vehicle upon our return.

The process was simple and user friendly. I had no problems setting up the parking spot, arriving and entering, as well as, using the shuttle for drop off. The app is very user friendly, and when my flight was delayed returning home, I easily requested to extend my check out time. No worries.
