We have used the parking spot for several years now. Although our flight came in quite late into Buffalo the bus driver was there within 10-12 minutes.
Valet service is usually great and was on this occasion. Spacing on shuttles at times is terrible, but this time was very good. Overall great staff experience and seamless.

This was our first time using this service. The ease of checking in and out using the app was great. The shuttle drivers and parking lot attendants were very friendly. The price for covered parking is very reasonable. I will continue to use this service.
