The entire process was fast and very convenient, from checking in to checking out. The drivers were very nice as well I only remember the driver that picked us up from the airport (Alejandro) and he was nice and helpful with our luggage.

Valet is definitely worth the small upgrade. Drive in, get help unloading and ushered right onto the shuttle. Then coming back they track you and get your car ready. Team at the building was happy and helpful. Drivers were efficient and helpful as well. Little pricey but you get what you pay for.
