fast
The convenience and the service.
The website and app are easy to use when reserving a parking spot. The Century facility is easy to access from the freeway and entering valet is great. A van is almost always ready to leave or shows up within a few minutes.
My last experience was frustrating when the facility did not charge my car after I specifically requested it to be done. I would like to see the option added to the app and website so folks can request charging rather depend on the staff to make a note and others to see it.
Easy and quick.
