My Spot Club had default payment set up to my work credit card but this trip was a personal trip. I called the Spot Club 2. Ms. Jackson picked up the phone and provided me the email for Kirk the manager. I emailed him explaining the situation, he called me on the same day and took care of the refund to my work card and recharged me on my personal card. All done within the same day. Really appreciate their help!

aside from the basic convenience of the service, drivers are always very courteous and professional. and when it was quite cold, buses were filling, then promptly replaced by another so no one waited more than a few minutes.

Easy scan in and scan out, and quick shuttle ride makes it my "Go to" parking spot when I fly from LAX.

I like covered parking and the quick pickups by the bus .

Your drivers are all very friendly and accommodating--and safe. And, the young man that checked us out of the Parking Spot 2 early (about 12:45 AM) on Dec. 31 was courteous and knew what he was doing. Thank you for great employees. Oh, and I might add, when it comes to re-striping your parking lot, maybe you could make the spots at least a tiny bit wider? They are awfully tight to get in and out of the vehicle. Thank you for letting us share.

There is always a Parking Spot bus to guide you to your parking spot. The drivers are courteous and helpful.

It makes me feel relieved to know my parking is secured. The shuttles are great and reliable. I like the that the scanner is on the main app screen. I had a problem one time because I couldn’t remember my password. I went to valet parking and the clerk was able to help me.
