It's so easy to check in and check out. I feel my car is safe in the lot. The shuttle bus to the airport is always right there for us. Once we are ready to be shuttled back to the parking facility, we don't have to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle bus. Easy and Quick

The shuttles to the airport are always quick and available as soon as I arrive. The shuttle drivers are helpful and friendly
Parking is secure, covered and spots are wide with room to open your doors without damaging paint. Bus drivers are helpful and kind. Check in and out is very easy. Only thing I found strange and a bit of a nuisance was both buses to and from had loose back Emergency windows that made a lot of noise as they are quite loose and not secure.

Everything! It was a snap to reserve a parking space on the website, access to the parking lot from the street was EASY! The staff are friendly and helpful with telling me where to park, the shuttle service was quick and efficient. The driver is helpful too!
After we return, the shuttle was quick to pick us up, take us to the parking space where our car is. Check out is easy and quick too!
Need I say more? Everything about your services is AWESOME! For that reason, we kept using the Parking Spot from now on. We used to park at other parking lots but we liked the Parking Spot the best! Especially my wife! She's satisfied with the services and would insist on parking at the Parking Spot!
