I am always so impressed with the timeliness of the shuttles when I leave the parking area and when I return. Once I pick up my luggage it normally is minutes by the time I am on the shuttle to pick up my car. I wouldn’t park anywhere else!!

Reliable convenient efficient
I’ve used the location several times now. The drivers are always friendly and the shuttles are always conveniently timed. There’s never been more than a 5-10 minutes wait. It’s always an easy in and out.

Everything runs smooth and efficient from the time you pull into the valet parking, to the check-in and the vans. However, you should be able to automate the process by having the outside attendance scan your QR code and avoid having to go inside. It used to operate that way years ago and was much more efficient.
Wartime was less than 10 minutes on each side of the trip. Much better than my past couple trips.

We arrived to be picked up and returned to our car at about 10:30 pm on Saturday, May 9th. The line was about 50 people long and more behind us! But, one of your buses were there and 2 buses arrived shortly so we boarded after about a 25 minute wait. I was almost complaining but appreciated that two more buses came so I felt you were responsive.
