People are always friendly and the shuttles are always quick. The price is definitely gone off a lot since I started, but I do like collecting points to get discounts. This time my bus did not have air-conditioning but I know that was not the norm.

Accessing and exiting the parking area was easy with the app. I liked that it was secured since we got back late. Felt safer than some of the other lots.
There was practically no wait to get picked up from the car and the airport. The shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly.
Very good I like the covered parking. Didn’t like that when we were picked up they had to drop off people at other terminals, instead of taking us directly to our car. But it was OK.
